Following a particularly stressful 2-3 years, I recently decided to return to running, with the main intention of getting back into shape and also reducing stress levels, having allowed my fitness to decline.
As I now approach 30 and, with dust finally settled upon events of the past couple of years, I'd like to re-gain the form of yester-year, hence the reason I picked up this January's edition of runner's world.
After being inspired by the articles, I'm looking forward to emabrking upon my journey towards a happier and healthier me.
