Having got the marathon bug after the FLM '03,aged 38 i set myself a target of 50 marathons before I reach 50 yrs old,in July 2014.
Sunderland was number 39.

Best time was London '10 : 2hrs 47:42.
Best result Winning at Newcastle.
Daftest: Boston & London in same week, 2:58 and 3:02, or running New York with torn cartilige.
