My three favourite events are: Favourite: 5K Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Trail races I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Started running in April 2010 and am building it up slowly (following online advice) to avoid injury. I've had a few interruptions along the way but am now focused fully on becoming an established distance runner.
