My three favourite events are: Favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Skiing, Swimming

I've been running on and off for the past 5 (ish) years...on in the summer and then I curl up and hibernate in the Winter. This year though I'm determined to keep those trainers away from the moth balls and keep on running.
