My three favourite events are: Favourite: Triathlon Next Favourite: 5 Mile Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Road cycling, Swimming

I am an experienced but slow runner! I run at 10-11min mile pace and spent last 17yrs trying to break 60mins for a 10K and not managed yet! (am still trying though!)
I am in a running club which I love despite being the slowest there and enjoy taking part in races and events.
Last year I discovered triathlons which I love! Turns out I'm ok at swimming and cycling which compensate for my snail like running pace!
I've done loads of races in the last 4 years, 3 half marathons, 5 sprint triathlons, 3 open water swims and am currently training for my first Olympic Tri!
