My three favourite events are: Favourite: Ultra Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: Marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Road cycling

I'm 28 and from Northern Ireland. Only started running around Feb 2008 and found that it changed my whole outlook on life. As a result I'm eating healthier, sleeping better and lovin' life more.
I really love runing ultras - I ran my first in March 09 on my 26th birthday.
I'm inspired by guys like Scott Jurek, Dean Karnazes, Ferg Hawke - people that push their bodies to the limit..and just keep on goin.
Outside of running, I enjoy cycling, cooking and reading.
