Training for VLM2011, via charity place.
Started training in August 2010 and to date I'm really enjoying it, running is a great stress buster.
At the moment I'm half following a marathon training plan and half making it up as I go along......I need some direction.
I'm not fast but want to be as fast as I can, doesn't seem to be much point in putting the effort in unless I do the best I can. However that said, I think I'm probably going nowhere fast with my training plan as it is.
