My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Fell Third favourite: Trail races I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

keen runner (track and road) until 1998, haphazard for next 12 years, and starting back in earnest in 2010/11. Nowhere near pace of younger days (30min 10km), but hoping to get back to 34-35mins over next 12months!
