My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Started to get the running bug when a friend told me about running in the Norwich Half Marathon. I thought hmmm I'll give that a go and decided to start running. One torn ankle ligament injury later I picked up my fitness through the Norwich Park Runs which are great fun. Now it's time to start going a bit further, so I am entered in the Norwich Half and will lok to complete a few 10k's in 2011. Bring it on!
