I got into running to keep fit after the realities of a hectic lifestyle caused me to take early retirement from football. I've since fallen in love with the sport. 10k & HM times have tumbled with limited training and I'm now on the hunt for a "Good for Age" time (sub 3:10) to guarantee a place in the 2014 London Marathon.
