 More about me
I'm 44 years old married with a teenage son I run to stay in shape and to chill out.I started running about 3 years ago after years of not doing much. Played football in the past but injuries forced me to quit. I was plagued with a number of injuries when I started running but feel I've realised my mistakes and corrected them, I try to run a few times in the week and a long run at weekends. I have found this has stopped my injuries. Running chills me out as my job can be stressful, my aim for 2012 is to complete the Liverpool marathon in October as this is a dream I have had for years.
