I am a: beginner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training)

been running for about 5 months - got a 10k booked for april and hoping to get a place at the great north run!!
want to do a few 5ks to get my legs (and lungs) used to the road!!
