| | hi, I've just started running well saying that it's been all most a year now and I'm loving it. Its been hard but well worth it. I have lost just over 3 stone in weight and feel great. I have done a couple of 10K races this year and looking to do run a couple more. My main aim is to run the Reading half marathon next year so here goes |
