Did my first Lincoln 10k Run on 3 April 2011. Completed it in 51:29.
Have done the Rampton Hospital 10k run in 48:43 which is my personal best in 2011.
Completed the Chester Marathon in this month (October 2012) in 4 hours 13mins which was 31mins quicker than the edingburgh marathon in may 2012!
Plan to do the Cardiff ultra marathon (50 miles) in may 2013!!!
