My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Trail races I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Gym (classes), Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Any excuse to get the trainers out. Love running longer distances although am trying to crack sub-20 for 5k in 2014. Was lucky enough to be chosen for Target 26.2 2013 and did Paris marathon in 3.25 for BQ. Did Thames Trot 50 this year and VLM. Have a few ultras this year and a couple more marathons.
