29 year old sort of beginner in Co. Tyrone. Feeling my way back in after a false start and a knee injury a year ago. was a pretty decent runner back in the day (11 years ago or so...) before beers, fag, pizza etc got in the way, recently quit smoking and if can get anywhere near my previous standard (and lose some weight) i'll be happy!
