I am a lightweight female rower who has recently begun incorporating regular runs into my already jam-packed training programme. Mainly for weight-maintenance as I intensely dislike the methods used by the majority of lightweights to "make weight". So I am trying to approach running in the same way I do rowing - clear goals, achievable, and FUN! The odd race is also a possibility! Any advice or comments would be really useful!
