have recently lost 3stone 5lbs. Have completed the nhs couch to 5k program twice now, and have run a charity 5k obstacle (2014 Muddy Puddle Race for Life) and 10k (2015 Race for Life).I''m now looking for something to run between 10k and Half Marathon!!i managed to learn to cycle(yes, learn, at 56)but had a bad fall and have now got an adult tricycle which to date I have used almost every day, and I walk everywhere I don''t cycle.
