My three favourite events are: Favourite: Triathlon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Gym (weight training), Road cycling, Swimming, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

I have have gone from very overweight non runner to Ironman in the last 5 or so years.
In 2007 I completed the Ironman UK which was my first Ironman triathlon. Since then I have done Ironman France 2008.
