I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 5-10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

I currently work trying to start businesses from technology developed in university biochemistry labs.
I concentrate on marathons at the moment doing 2/3 per year, but i used to run lots of 10k, 10mile races etc.
