I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 1-3 years I run this many times a week: Every day My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to be competitive in races
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Cross-country I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)
