I started running in January 2012 to help me with my weight-loss journey. Began using a C25k plan and quickly got hooked. Have now lost 4.5 stone, run 40 to 50 miles per week and having competed in several 5ks, 10ks and half-marathons I have now decided my true love is off-road running so I am busy training for a 50k ultra in April 2013.
