I can still Manage to dip under 40 mins for 10K and 70 Mins for 10 miles. I don't train as I used to but i'm now considering an ultra run. I do the crazy events such as 'Tough Guy' and the LAMM, but find full marathon training to time consuming (and a wee bit boring)that said I still love pulling on my trainers and heading out with my four legged friend 'Henry'
