i am a young man with terrible biomechanics whose body usually breaks down when i get to about the 50 mile/pw mark. currently seeing a chiropractor and a masseuse to try and help with that.
will be running 10k-HM races // trail/xc races when my latest injury heals. run for pleasure more than PBs, but hopefully the PBs will follow. :-)
just bought a canyon roadbike, which may complicate my training somewhat!
