Started about 18 months ago with the aim of losing weight.
Now a regular runner competing at least once a month, mostly 10K road and trail, completed 3 HMs in 2013 and currently contemplating a full marathon in late 2014.
Although I''''m still carrying around 5-10 kg too much weight, the running isn''t really about that anymore, I''''m enjoying it for it''s own sake but it would be good to shift a few more kgs so I can get faster!
