I've joined this forum as I am running my first half Marathon next month. (http://www.justgiving.com/HAYLEYTIERNEY1985) Experience wise; last year I ran on treadmills mainly, with the occasional road run. Now I'm no longer a member of the gym and road-run all the time. I run every other day and average 30 miles per week. My pace is generally between 8:30 - 9:00 p/m. I don't have specialist gear and I don't really know what I'm doing, I just run! So I'm here really to learn more about the sport and what I can do to improve my technique and performance.
