Only started runing in July this year after a health assessment motivated me to improve my lifestyle and fitness. Have always been a fairly strong runner until a 'party' lifestyle in recent years. Entered the 2012 Liverpool Marathon and aiming for sub 4-hours based on great strides made in training!
