I am a: beginner I have been running for: Under 1 year I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 20 or less I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to lose/maintain weight
I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Just started Jogging/Running.
Need to lose weight, stopped smoking 18 months ago and subsequently put on 12 Kilos.
I am starting with the C25K and eventually have the goal of running a Half Marathon. I have a lot of work to
do to achieve my goal but that's fine.
