I play Rugby Union for Eagle R.U.F.C. and mainly use running to improve my fitness levels for this sport.
I got into running because I was inspired by the olympics. I enjoy tracking my runs on the Nike+ iPhone app.
I have just started out running and have focused on completing 10K's, Half-Marathon's and one full marathon for charity. I am now looking at significantly improving my running ability and attacking my personal best times!
My next event is the MoRunning 10K in Manchester and I am aiming to go under 52mins!
