My three favourite events are: Favourite: Adventure Next Favourite: Trail races Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Gym (weight training), Walking (hill walking)

Love outdoor fitness training (bootcamp), enjoy taking part in obstacle races (Mucky Races, Spartan etc.), like trail running. Currently training for my first HALF MARATHONs (Great Bentley in Feb, Colchester in March) and FULL MARATHON (Prague, May 2013).
