I take part in events: Never I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

I am a Sports Massage Therapist, living and working near Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. I'm not really a competitive runner but run as part of my general fitness regime. A number of my clients are runners and I've joined this forum not just for my benefit but for them also.
