| | I run 4 to 5 times a week, either with friends or on my own. I love running trails - the muddier the better. I enter races regularly to have a goal to work towards and check my progress. I want to reduce my minute mile pace down from 9 min miles to consistent 8 min miles over half marathon distance. As well as meeting more people who love running as much as me:) | | | Message me |
