Began running February 2012. Met a great group of girls along the way at Forget the Gym- Dublin. Great way to start running 0-10k. Stopped for work and travelling in winter months. Having to start again now and want to do HM by June 2013. Appreciate any tips for beginners 5km comfortable - Half please.
