I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: Over 10 years I run this many times a week: 1-3 times My weekly mileage is about: 21-30 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: trail / grass / woodland My most important reason for running is: to feel better about myself
My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

i suffer from acute angina and have a stent but this does not deter me from Jogging. i enjoy being out in the fresh air and whilst not being a competitive runner i don't mind putting in the miles. i use a garmin forerunner 305 with heart rate monitor which i consider a useful asset to m training, I wouldn't be without it. I. am also a habitual mountain biker but jogging is my passion.
