My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: 5K Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Road cycling

Took up running when I stopped playing football and it became more important for me when I had to stop playing squash. As I work away from home most of the week it's an exercise that fits in with my lifestyle. Currently training for the Great North Run and looking to do more 10K events.
