More about me
I started running back in '99 as I had always enjoyed it and had been accepted into the FLM. Over the last 7 years I have completed 8 Great North Runs, a Great South Run and numerous local 10k's. My training sessions have been few and far between and I would say that I had been running more in races than training for them.
Since signing on to RW I have increased my milage from virtually zero to about 20miles/week split across 4 sessions. I find the articles really interesting, search for upcoming events and enter them online. I find my fellow runners on the forum are very motivational. Right now I'm training for the FLM 2007 and running further and faster than ever before. I'd just like to say thankyou to RW and everyone on the website for inspiring me to get to where I am now.
