My three favourite events are: Favourite: Trail races Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: 10 Mile I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Mountain biking, Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

GNR 03 and 05 (missed 04 due to surgeon having to "tidy up" behind knee cap! Also complete two Wild Race Series. I like to push myself but I will never be on any podia!
