After years of inactivity and a weight of 17 stones, I decided to do something about it.
I enjoy running, with longest training runs so far being around 16 miles, building up towards 20-22 for a mid-summer marathon.
A wife and five kids (I have a slight stutter) mean that time is pretty hard to find, but I enjoy the satisfaction of running.
Injuries in the spring of '04 put the stopper on a marathon this year, but watch out FLM next year! (fingers crossed, of course)
