I started running in Autumn 2003, having got a place for the 2004 London Marathon. I finished that in 3h01m04s, which was not bad for a beginner. Since then I've become addicted to running and have run in lots of local 10Ks and half marathons.
I'm currently recovering from a series of injuries (stress fractures, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, torn ligaments, achilles tendonitis, etc. - I could write a book!), and training for FLM06.
