I started running to keep fit when I was 13, a quarter of a century ago. I was no good at ball sports or I would probably be doing them. I am a member of Reading Roadrunners and Thames Valley Triathletes. I prefer running to tris but I quite like the swim training. My PBs are 39:15(10K), 1:07:23(10M), 1:25:19(1/2M) and 3:06:53(M).
