Currently out of running action due to bone spur catching two tendons in my ankle (removed on 23rd May 2007 and slowly recovering!).
Once allowed back to running, I want to get back into 10K's and would love to aim for Lincoln 10K next year.
Apart from running, have interests in music, books (more thrillers at the moment than anything else but will try anything), good food, socialising, and lots of other things too numerous to mention.
