My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: Trail races I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Adventure racing, Road cycling, Walking (hill walking)

Injured in the build up for FLM 2008, and missed the better part of four months of training and racing. It really caused me to realise just how much the sport means. Well again now and loving my running. Bought a road bike and am also loving cycling. May start on duathlons - I have the swimming ability of a breeze block so triathlon - no thanks.
