I am a: regular recreational runner I have been running for: 5-10 years I run this many times a week: 4-6 times My weekly mileage is about: 31-50 Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill My most important reason for running is: to get/stay in shape
My three favourite events are: Favourite: Marathon Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 10K I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (classes), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Run with Windle Valley Runners and Esporta (Bracknell). I travel a lot, and this currently includes regular trips to the Sahara desert. I completed the North Pole marathon in April 2007 .... see www.cudmores.net, and more recently the Chele La Himalayan Kingdom marathon and Sahara marathon. The next big challenges are the London to Brighton Ultra in October and Antarctic marathon in December.
