My three favourite events are: Favourite: 10K Next Favourite: Half-marathon Third favourite: 5K I take part in events: 12-24 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Swimming, Walking (hill walking)

Started running for Race for Life three years ago. Then decided to enter Great North Run in memory of my dad who did the first. Now completed 12 halfs, nine this year (2207).Im not quick, but I love running.
