I run this many times a week: 4-6 times
My weekly mileage is about: 21-30
Running club / race organisation: I am a member of a running club
I do these types of running: road / pavement, trail / grass / woodland, treadmill
My most important reason for running is: to relieve stress

Favourite: Marathon

I take part in races: 1-11 times a year
I also do these sports: Road cycling, Swimming, Triathlon, Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

 achilles is a pain in the wotsits and should be replaced with tendon that is not stupid and has a good blood supply instead of a carp one so that if it gets poorly it will heal quicker to enable me to be a happy scoobs and run!
