My three favourite events are: Favourite: Trail races Next Favourite: 10K Third favourite: Half-marathon I take part in events: 1-11 times a year I also do these sports: Gym (weight training), Mountain biking, Walking (hill walking), Walking (power walking/fitness walking)

Love being outdoors, walking, love the alps and chamonix. unfortunate that i work in an office then! Trail running is my favourite, along with my devoted running buddy, my dog. My unachievable goal would be to do the UTMB, so for the moment i'll work towards something smaller! Have completed the London marathon this year but in an embarrassing time so a lot of room for improvement, however having discovered i don't really like road running, will be aiming for an off road marathon next time, and working up to it slower.
Status: I run. . because there will be a day when I can no longer run. Today is not that day.
