In short: 5th time of running it and will be back
In full: Excellent organisation.Love this race .A few thoughts - If you keep the red/blue teams I think all runners should be included and also the names.My 16yr old ran main race but didnt have proper number or named number which was a shame. Also wonder if there would be opportunity to get numbers etc in advance as we were there by half ten to collect which meant my spectators were getting quite cold by time main race started and certainly by time I had finished! Car parking very well done.Loved the signs warning of quicksand!. Hot food refreshments would be welcome but logistics of this not easy I am sure. Thanks for a great race

In short: Route not what I expected and longer than 13.1k
In full: Didnt use buses or baggage facilities as husband drove to end so cant comment on the problems.I didnt see email re not parking there til after as it went in spam folder but he had no issues.I enjoyed race but did think it was going to be all in the park so surprised about beginning in industrial park. Liked medal and goody bag but no tshirt as advertised. Plenty of marshals but didnt find them overly supportive. Pre race info was good. Prob wont do again, bit of a trek and early start but at least I got to see white water rafting

In short: Well organised.Great route.Friendly supportive marshalls.
In full: Very enjoyable race with definite PB potential.Few more loos would have helped but were a few en route too. Knowing where goody bags were would have helped too as no one told me where to collect it but nice t shirt and medal.Plenty of water stations and they were needed as sun quite warm.Good support for all runners right to the end.

In short: Great fun, well organised and good pre race info
In full: 4th year and first not been freezing. Agree with point about microphone to make announcements clearer and some post race cakes to purchase would be nice. Chip timing has definitely gone awry , the timing people are looking at it in a few days. Wish I had done the 22i minutes I down for! Great fun though, would prefer to keep the 5k as is but agree adding 2mile option good idea. Start times ideal, not too early! Well done to organisers!

In short: Well organised and good pre race info. Great to get results printed out at finish
In full: Enjoyed this race. Few more undulations than I like but nice course. Results on website initially wrong but very quickly corrected. Friendly marshalls. With a bigger field they will need to think of more toilets but was fine this year. Instructions said chip was disposable but they did want them back. Will look for this one next year

In short: My first half. Lovely run helped by good weather
In full: One bottleneck just after start due to a gate . Maybe more than 2 waves might help. Also a few beware runners signs may have made it more obvious to non runners. Also a louder pa system, we struggled to hear. However plenty of marshals, good pre race info and nice medal. Would do again and try and better my time. Very scenic . Await photos !
