In short: Faultless organisation and a great race
In full: Everything just works at this event - the pre-race info, the race day set-up, support along the way and the route itself. It's not absolutely flat and there are a couple of hills to make you work but whether you are after a PB course or just a great race in a great city then it would be hard to beat this one.

In short: One of the best races in the calendar.
In full: A great race - as ever. Hard as they come and with the added bonus of mud and slippery slopes this year but brilliantly well organised with friendly, helpful marshals. Even the mist and rain couldn't take away from the glorious coastal scenery.

In short: Wonderful race in a great setting
In full: Fantastic value for money and great organisation make this a perfect choice for anyone fancying a rural race in a wonderful setting. "Undulating" probably sums up the route with a few hills but nothing too challenging.

In short: One of the best races of the year - tough but great
In full: You'd have to go a long way to find a tougher half and the climbing starts early on and doesn't really relent. BUT, set against that are fantastic organisation, great views, really good value for money and a brilliant off-road race.

In short: Great race in a wonderful setting
In full: This is a tough-ish 10K, which is meticulously well organised whilst still maintaining a village fete atmosphere. it's fantastic value and the course goes through some lovely scenery.

In short: Good, well-organised, flat course
In full: Does what it says really; 4 laps so you can pace yourself, well organised and friendly, helpful marshals - even for those like myself who arrived 5 minutes after the start! Perhaps not quite as scenic as you might expect for a seaside race.

In short: Glorious location more than compensates for very tough course
In full: Great race - really well organised (even allowing for the herd of wild cows!), stunning location and a lovely atmosphere. Certainly not easy but that's part of it's charm...I think.

In short: Really well organised race that does exactly what it sets out to do.
In full: About as good a pre-marathon run out as you'll find anywhere. Great value for money with friendly helpful marshals and a course that's scenic enough to kep you distracted. Excellent!
