In short: words can't describe this mixture of pain and pleasure
In full: what can I say? this was the hardest race I have ever done, one lady said at the finish that giving birth was easier than doing the Munro!!

Dr Rob you have a wicked sense of humour, that race was tough as nails, doing those steps twice were just unbelievable.
My legs were in bits at the halfway point and it only got more painful during the rest of the race.. would I do it all again next year?
Absolutely!!
Loved loved loved it... thank you to all your team for this fantastic event.

In short: caotic at the start and finish
In full: I have done this race before and do have to agree with the other comments..very congested, not enough toilets, think the logistics need to be slicker... but I was mostly dissapointed coming into the finish line.. I couldn't cross it due to the backlog of people. the "de chippers" should have been placed further down so that the runners could spread out more and cross the finish line at least!!! that's the best bit!!!!... I think the biggest problems was the pure volume of runners.. you need to tighten the logistics.. or reduce numbers

In short: dirty wet and hilly... oh and super muddy!!!
In full: This was my first hellrunnner!!I loved it!! It was actually easier than I was expecting!(although I was nowhere near the front, but maybe I'm fitter than I thought?)
Well organised race, no problems, friendly and encouraging marshalls, great goodybag.. good value for money... the water and the bog was hysterically ridiculous but very funny!!!I actually couldn't feel my body from the neck down. I would do this again definately with a big group of buddies.
Well done, great raceand lots of mud!!!
Perfect race for off road runners!!! loved it

In short: fun race, ideal for beginners wanting something a bit different
In full: I enjoyed this race, obstacles were good. I do think it was slightly expensive. I don't understand why it started late?, as it wasn't massively busy...and it was freezing!!!

No medal or T shirt, a piece of fruit might have been nice. I did enjoy it, but thought this was a bit average. A real fun run though, and great for beginners wanting to get a bit wet and muddy.

In short: My best and favourite race so far!!
In full: I absolutely loved this... to me this is what running and entering a race is all about. I did this with 6 other friends who all absolutlely loved it.
Fab location, great balance of terrain, plenty of mud, hills, logs to hurdle etc.. The atmosphere was brilliant. I agree with alot of people that there could possibly have been a few more marshalls on the course..however, this is my number 1 race, definately better than the Grim.....will def do next year, and also in November!!

In short: great fun had by all.
In full: I organised this for a few of my friends.. We all absolutely loved it and had the most amazing time..Fab organisation, loved the view of London, great atmosphere and high spirits. Anyone that entered this for a serious result on time obviously didn't get the whole race.. It was a non competitive fun run as stated on the website...ans as for the person who slated using chipped timing... this is for health and safety so that the race organisers can control everyone(pretty obvious I would have thought). We made a day of it by having our own Nun BBQ party back at my house/convent.. Loved it loved it. Thank you Race organisers.
