In short: Fast, friendly, fun filled course ideal for pb or benchmark
In full: Cheap as chips good value for money runners' race, appreciated by 99% all known entrants. Running out of space for mugs, needs a change of memento :-)

In short: Undulating a bit of a euphemism
In full: A few bits of feedback: Charity events tend to target people wanting a bit of a challenge: This would put a lot of first timers off. BHF, cover your costs but don't put runners on a guilt trip. VFM quite good as the t-shirt's okay but the ubiquitous medal with the unsealed clasp and non speciific ribbon, while cutting your costs make it a meaningless and cheapened memento. Close the gap, date the ribbon. Event could have incorporated a 10k and got more entrants. Plus points: Good start and finish, cracking, testing route; well marshalled by friendly people. Reasonable goody bag, adequate water and in sports bottles. Adequate parkinga nd changing although short (Very) on loos. I'd target charity runners and invite others rather than push everyone to fundraise. Quite off putting as it makes some feel like they can't do it unless fundraining for BHF even though it's a good run in a great location and could become an essential pre VLM

In short: Does exactly what it says, what a cracker!
In full: Run the same day as Bath but great value, more testing, intimate and friendly. This is a test of stamina, will power and mental toughness. Friendly club, well marshalled race, great refreshments, neat t-shirt which can actually be worn again and a real fitness test all in one. 10 minutes off the M4 the other side from Bath, this annual event deserves much more support and I for one, will be back for more next year.

In short: One of the best organised/value/pb potentail races around
In full: The race continues, unsurprisingly, to grow each year and is coping well year after year. Lliswerry runners, marshalls, volunteers some of the happiest and smiliest around. Almost pancake flat route,, great benchmark for speed training, marathon build up stage checking. Scenic, not stunning, rural so nt too many supporters, appropriate water stop, water and a cracking t-shirt at the end i.e not desecrated by sponsor logos and fit for purpose when wearing again. Well done to all associated with the race.

In short: Very good course, offering pb route, well organised and deserves bigger entry
In full: 10 and 20K races started 170m apart, which assisted the sort out. Good, friendly, well organised marshalls and water stations. Good effort to raise some charity cash too. Quick e-mailing of results. Mince pies and mulled wine flavour tea at the end welcome on a cold Christmastimeish day. Not impressed with memento, should have saved the cash for the charity. Tacky santa hat sprayed with the race logo will never see the light of day again os the only negative

In short: Not far from the running town of Stratford a course alive to 10k and half mara corse made for pb's
In full: It's quiet, it's quirky, it's well organised, it's on a Saturday :-),it's well marshalled and it's fun. It's exposed, it's windy, it's repetitive. It's got a good set of tannoys and speakers, it's got good musioc, it's well water stationed, it's unusual. It's a curate's egg I'll have to try againat some stage. Well done all for an interesting day out and thanks for all the friendly support. Nice medal but distance/date specific would be more appreciated

In short: Charming, inoffensive, playful little 10k, worth the trip. No doubting who was organising and now know the emergency number as it's on everything in the goody bag!

In short: Cracking little run in the heart of England
In full: Good fun, well marshalled. Only quibble is chip timing really does need a start and finish, not just a finish for the time triallers mid-pack and back :-)
